The best time to take for phytomicrominerals primal essence is during or shortly after breakfast or lunch. Stomach compatibility is best when taking the phyto-micromineralia ur-essence mixed with a little water or fruit juice. Taking it in the evening is not recommended because the phyto-micromineralities may keep original essence awake longer.
