Cashew Ice Cream

This ice cream tastes just as rich and creamy as real vanilla ice cream! You have to try it to believe it!

Ingredients:

1 cup of soaked cashews

2 frozen bananas

2 cups of frozen raspberries

½ teaspoon of vanilla concentrate

1 cup of rice or almond milk

½ cup of coconut flakes

6 dates

Puree in blender and enjoy ice cream without the side effects!

Nutritional profile

This recipe enabled me to wean my 86-year old father off conventional ice cream. Had he kept eating regular ice cream, he probably would have ended up having a stroke.
